The client, a Leading Asset Servicing company with $1.6 trillion AUM and $27.9 trillion assets under custody was involved in a large-scale implementation program to onboard the world’s largest Hedge Fund onto their middle office outsourcing platform. The firm needed external consultants to help rapidly scale the program that had stringent timelines.
Approach
Talent was sourced exclusively from the Independent Contractor market targeting specific investment technology platforms such as Summit, Fiserv Trade flow, IBM Algorithmics, Eagle STAR/PACE, Eagle PACE Performance, Smart stream TLM, and related functional areas.
Results
Daley and Associates’ consultants ended up as solution leads for 3 core functional areas of the program–Investment Accounting, Derivatives, Performance & Attribution. DAA was 1 of 3 vendors chosen as preferred vendors for Phase 2 of the program from a group of 15+ vendors that were involved in Phase 1. Offers were made to all of the Business Analyst consultants provided by DAA to convert to a permanent employee.
