He is an accomplished staffing professional in a variety of fields from Accounting and Finance to Engineering and Technology. After owning his own recruiting company for 8 years, Earl has extensive knowledge and experience in both recruiting and Life Science areas.

Our team is excited to announce that our Life Science’s Senior Associate, Katie Leonard , has recently became a new Chair for Y-WIB Boston (Young Women in Bio)! Katie’s role for Y-WIB includes organizing trips for middle school-aged girls to go on-site and learn/see how great the STEM track is. The girls will be able to tour companies, conduct lab experiments, and have lunch with a few younger female STEM role models. We are very excited and proud that Katie is using her passion to take on this incredible opportunity!
