VP of Human Resources (Hybrid)
A growing health, wellness and recovery company, located North of Boston, is actively seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join their team as a VP of HR. This person will be tasked with overseeing and building out HR functions, Talent Acquisition initiatives, employee relations etc. This is a full-time position that is offering a strong compensation package and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Responsible for driving and implementing initiatives focused on employee acquisition, engagement and performance
- Manage and oversee talent acquisition, HR ops, employee relations, benefits etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations to ensure company compliance at the state, and national levels
- 10+ years of human resources experience (managerial experience required)
- Healthcare, behavioral health or wellness industry experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- HRCI and/or SHRM certifications strongly preferred
- ADP experience also strongly preferred
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid office schedule (1-2 days in office)
