A well regarded law firm is looking for a Trust and Estate Administrator to join their Private Client team. This is a hybrid position and the salary is dependent on experience, up to $160k.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Trust and Estate Administrator to join a prestigious firm, or for an experienced Private Client lawyer who is looking reduce their billable hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling all phases of trust and estate administration
- Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the trust and estate process
- Preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns
- Interpreting wills and trust instruments
- Coordinating valuation of assets
- Researching tax situations
- Appearing in probate court
