Talent Acquisition Coordinator –
We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and coordinating firmwide recruitment activities. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will advertise job opportunities, schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, facilitate debriefs, maintain detailed records, and assist with executing job offer processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related administrative coordination experience in recruiting, human resources, or relevant client-facing capacity.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, paying $27-$33/hour (depending on experience).

This role supports a hybrid work-model, consisting of 3 on-site days and 2 remote days/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in coordinating firmwide recruitment activities and processes
  • Advertise job opportunities on internal and external job boards
  • Assist the recruitment team with scheduling, organizing, and facilitating interviews through various channels (in-person, phone, and video)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) for candidates interviewing with the firm
  • Collect interview feedback, and deliver debrief documents
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records and search details in system (Workday)
  • Assist with job offer process (offer proposals, approvals, letters, and documentation)
  • Support firm efforts to attract top tier talent to the organization
  • Provide additional support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related administrative coordination experience in a client-facing capacity (recruiting or human resources coordination a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • High-level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
  • Previous experience with Workday (preferred)
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and calendaring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
