Social Media Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates for a Social Media Specialist at a global asset management company in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in corporate social media marketing.

This is a 4+ month temporary role and will pay up to $31.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with writers and editorial team on social posts
  • Assist with workflows and work with design team on custom social posts
  • Manage Social Media Content Calendar daily
  • Ensure social content adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Review social posts for any compliance concerns
  • Monthly reporting reviews and read outs
  • Manage creative refreshes & updates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate Social Media marketing is required
  • Financial Services/Asset Management industry experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with social media publishing (Hootsuite, etc.) and regulatory platforms (SharePoint, etc.)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects at one time
  • Ability to self-manage deadlines on numerous concurrent projects
