Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, JD a plus but not required
- Experience with fiduciary income tax returns or some accounting
- Experience preparing estate and gift tax returns
- Must have familiarity with local probate rules and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
