Senior Manager – Advisory
We are looking for a Senior Manager for a Technical Accounting Advisory Practice. This is a hybrid position where the in office location is Boston. This is a position that will require a unique skill set. The Sr Manager will have business development (35% of their time) responsibilities as well an client and project management oversight. The compensation for this position is a generous base salary plus financial incentives on new revenue growth and new client acquisition. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, financially driven professional who is looking to build and drive a technical advisory practice by leveraging the firm's existing clients (the firm has 140+ offices nationwide) into a national leader. The Senior Manager must have the ability to meet one-on-one with CEOs, CFOs, Audit Oversight Committees and Executive Level decision makers to land projects, to manage client projects, present updates on client projects and to complete client projects on time and on budget. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree preferred
- CPA – Big 4 preferred
- Business development
- Project Management
- Technical Accounting skills

- Client facing – excellent communication & organizational skills
- Desire to build a professional services advisory practice
- Base salary $275,000 plus bonus (based on experience)
