Sr. Business System Analyst/Product Manager (Real Estate) – Boston, MA/hybrid

Our client, a leading investment firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting real estate-focused business. You will be leading technology initiatives from concept to implementation. The position requires collaborating with business and technical teams, gathering requirements, managing system implementation and testing, and providing ongoing application support. You must have familiarity with real estate systems like Argus, Asset Eye/RealPage, or Yardi to qualify for this role and be currently based in Boston, MA. NO C2C candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal users to support applications.
- Gather, document, and implement business requirements for technology projects.
- Lead system planning, testing, and user training.
- Manage production support and development tasks.
- Mentor junior team members.
Technology Experience:
- Familiarity with real estate systems like Argus, Asset Eye/RealPage, or Yardi.
- Knowledge of private equity tools (e.g., Anaplan, Investran, or eFront) is a plus.
- Expertise in business requirements, workflows, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior development experience is a bonus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems, or finance (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience, with knowledge of real estate and alternative investments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
