Our client's market cap exceeds $8.0B with a healthy EBITDA to Revenue ratio exceeding 15+%. Our client is looking to add an executive leader to their SEC Reporting team. The Senior Manager of SEC Reporting will work closely with all the relevant stakeholders internally and externally including the company's Controller, CFO, external auditors, etc., to insure all SEC Filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings, are in compliance with all applicable SEC, GAAP, and FASB regulations. This is a lead role. Our client is looking for a professional who will take ownership of the SEC reporting function, build a team, create a collaborate and results oriented work environment while producing accurate information on a timely basis. This position has significant exposure and career advancement opportunity. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- CPA – Big 4 Preferred
- 7+ years direct SEC reporting experience
- BioTech industry experience
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proficiency with financial reporting software (SAP, BPC, Adaptive Insight)
- Exceptional organization skills
- Ability to hire, and mentor a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Base Salary $200.0K plus 15% bonus
