Job Title: Revenue Accountant
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation: Up to $78K base salary (based on experience)

A large publicly traded company is seeking a dynamic Revenue Accountant to join its revenue accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 0–2 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
- Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
- Monitor and develop monthly revenue and expenditure reports for projects.
- Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with the setup of processes and procedures to accurately capture, track, and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in compliance with company revenue recognition policies.
- Generate revenue reports for internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Interpret financial reports and records for managers and other stakeholders.
- Review, track, and maintain billing information within financial systems, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other accounting regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- 0–2 years of professional accounting experience (multiple internships in accounting is a plus).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue recognition policies is preferred.
