Recruiting Coordinator – Investment Management – Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator position with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities at the firm. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of recruiting/human resources experience OR strong administrative experience handling calendar management and travel arrangements. 

This is a 12- month contract that will pay $27-33/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/week in their Boston office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team by managing scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating interviews across in-person, phone, and video conference formats

  • Prepare, collect, and organize candidate feedback and briefing documents

  • Maintain accurate candidate and search records in Workday with diligence and attention to detail

  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for candidates

  • Partner with recruiters to draft and finalize offer proposals and approvals, as well as create offer letters and related documents for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, client facing or customer service role OR as a Recruiting Coordinator

  • Experience with Workday is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

  • Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.

  • Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative and proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset.
