Job Overview:
Daley is seeking candidates for an entry-level Recruiting Associate position located in our downtown Boston, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional looking to gain “end to end” recruiting and account management experience. Our team of recruiters consists of high-energy and goal-oriented professionals eager to provide would-class staffing services to our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of customers services/sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Well versed in social media and technology applications
- High-energy and Self-directed
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to make daily outbound sales and recruiting calls
- Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily.
This role opportunity offers a base salary plus, excellent benefits, and an uncapped commission.
