Property Manager 

We are currently seeking candidates for a Property Manager opportunity with a highly successful Fortune 500 Company located in Burlington, MA. The Property Manager will work closely with the real estate team to support client projects and ensure smooth operations throughout the firm’s real estate portfolio and properties. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, client services, or related field. 

This is a 6-month contract position, paying between $25-$27/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work-model (on-site 3 days and remote 2 days/week). 

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate the coordination of client projects, including communicating logistics, overseeing scheduling, and preparing and distributing necessary documents to appropriate parties.

  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance interactions with property owners, ensuring the organization’s financial goals are met while fostering strong, positive relationships.

  • Handle client correspondence, reviewing inquiries, researching and analyzing relevant details, and providing timely follow-up. 

  • Develop and maintain long-term, mutually advantageous professional relationships with property owners and their representatives.

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to properties that are under contract with the client, aiming to introduce the organization and confirm land rights and interests

  • Utilize Salesforce to update case details, ensuring relevant and accurate property data maintenance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, client services, or related field. 

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce highly preferred). 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently. 

  • Strong attention to detail and high-level organization. 

  • Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritize competing deadlines.
