About the Role

As a Primary Care Physician you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of common illnesses and conditions.

  • Perform annual physical exams, routine vaccinations, and screenings.

  • Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

  • Offer patient education to promote healthy lifestyle choices.

  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families to foster trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Women’s Health, or similar.

  • Active medical license from the Florida Board of Medicine.

  • Strong dedication to patient health and warm, compassionate interactions with patients.

  • Desire to integrate into the community and contribute to its growth and wellness.

  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to practice development.

  • Interest in partnership and shaping the future of a thriving practice.
