Portfolio Leasing Manager (Onsite, Boston)
A well-known real estate development company, located in Boston, is actively seeking a seasoned 4-6+ year real estate professional with experience in property management/leasing within commercial or residential real estate. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing leasing of the residential portfolio (including development)
- Staying up-to-date on market data and research for supporting real estate strategies
- Preparation of portfolio analyses and reporting
- Assisting with the development of annual property operating budgets
- Responsible for participating in broker tours, developing LOIs and leading lease negotiations
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of property management, tenant coordination, leasing experience within the commercial or residential space
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience working with real estate technology platforms (View The Space) ideal but not mandatory
- Strong Excel skills
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Boston
