Payroll Specialist (Onsite, Florida)
A global asset manager, located North of Miami, FL, is actively seeing a 5+ year Payroll Specialist to join their team. This person will be part of the Finance Team and will be working closely with the Finance Manager and handle multiple accounting and payroll functions within the firm. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll administration process for employees (domestic and international)
- Responsible for benefit coordination and family leave benefits
- Manage W-2 process
- Will be responsible for assisting with accounting functions: i.e. AP, AR, GL, revenue recognition etc.
- Will take part in the firm’s annual year-end audit process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a payroll/benefits, or general accounting position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics required
- Experience with Payroll Software’s
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
