Office Administrator
We are a dynamic and expanding company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting various operational functions, including HR, payroll, accounting, and office management, and assisting the CFO and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Payroll & Billing: Assist with weekly payroll for temporary staff, process billing, and help with A/R audits and reconciliations.
- Human Resources: Support with new hire onboarding, background checks, and filing employee records.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage the conference room schedule, and maintain the office environment.
- Vendor & Building Coordination: Liaise with office supply vendors and handle work order requests with the building management.
- Project Support: Assist management with special projects and event planning and provide backup for marketing and other departments as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Sales Support: Coordinate sales reporting and track progress toward goals.
- Marketing: Provide additional support to the Marketing Manager with job posting and marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (1 year of experience or multiple internships).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new systems.
- A basic understanding of payroll, HR processes, and accounting concepts is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
