Tax Supervisor/Manager
Our client, a Prestigious Medium Sized CPA Firm located in the Boston area, seeks a Non-Profit Tax Supervisor/Manager to join their team
The Nonprofit Tax Supervisor/Manager is responsible for all areas of a nonprofit engagement, including scheduling, planning, execution, supervision, research, and completion. The Nonprofit Tax Supervisor/Manager supervises staff and senior accountants and is responsible for managing their engagement team to ensure that deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, the Nonprofit Tax Supervisor/Manager is tasked with the timely review of workpapers to ensure quality control standards are met. Very flexible hybrid schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA preferred not required
- Ability to plan, supervise and complete tax engagements
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent client service
Salary range $115-150K + Bonus!
