Marketing Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Coordinator at a global asset management co in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110.
The ideal candidate would have a material fulfilling background, as well as some software or content management systems experience, and PDF publishing experience.
This is a temporary role (6+ months) and will pay up to $34.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3 days per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish workflow and drive the trafficking of campaign materials (print and digital)
- Review new job requests to ensure information is complete
- Create or assist in the creation of project plans and schedules
- Liaison between multiple teams to develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure marketing materials are produced according to brand specifications and compliance and legal requirements
- Review and edit of marketing materials
- Proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved and released on time
- Coordinate with project members to effectively communicate and meet date expectations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively resolved
- Take appropriate action if a deadline is not being met
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in print production/coordination
- Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe and ideally Marketing Workflow tools
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing numerous projects at one time
- Self-motivation
- Previous experience with WorkFront or similar workflow tools
