Established professional services firm located in Boston is looking for an entrepreneurial Manager from the big 4 or a large national public accounting firm. The Firm is looking to build a new service line in their assurance practice working closely with private equity backed and venture backed businesses. If you are a manager in a firm, like the work you are doing, but missing that entrepreneurial opportunity, then this is worth investigating. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPA
- Big 4 or National Accounting Firm experience
- An appetite for growth
- Ability to manage, hire, train and grow a staff
- Ability to manage client engagements
- Highly organized
- Base salary $165,000 plus bonus
