Human Resources Coordinator (Onsite, Boston)

A highly successful Real Estate Investment firm in Boston, is actively seeking a 1-2+ year Human Resources professional to join their team! This person will be responsible for supporting the HR team and reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

  • Administrative support, office management support (ordering office materials), reception coverage etc.
  • Benefits and payroll assistance, tracking benefit invoices and ensuring accuracy
  • Responsible for aiding the recruitment process, calendar management and scheduling as well as performance reviews for new and existing employees
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2+ years of previous HR experience
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Experience with MS Office software
  • Experience with HR software preferred (ADP plus)
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite, 5X a week in Boston
