Financial Analyst 

A well-established technology healthcare company located in Miami is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team.  This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for producing monthly financial reviews, researching variances, conducting quarterly gross margin analysis, and assisting in budget development and scenario analysis.  This is a hybrid work schedule and the company is willing to pay a strong compensation package. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Produce a monthly financial business review for each entity and line of business including financial KPI's.

  • Research and document monthly significant variances to budget GM.

  • Produce a quarterly gross margin analysis by payor including financial KPI's.

  • Organize and compile data for the development of quarterly reforecast.

  • Compile data and organize templates for budget development.

  • Update budget and forecast numbers in the accounting system.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting or finance.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
