Digital Product Manager
We are currently seeking candidates for a Digital Product Manager at a global asset management co. based in Downtown Boston, MA, 02111. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of product management experience in ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) and Mutual Funds product information (text and data) on websites and fact sheets.
This role will support daily management of all products, globally. This will include annual audits, fund launches, regulatory fund changes and daily data monitoring support
This is a temporary role (est. 12 months) and will pay up to $45.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the display of ETF, Mutual and Cash funds on websites in the US and globally
- Work closely with product development and funds management teams to understand fund characteristics and data display requirements
- Verify appropriate data and content on websites for each fund to meet regulatory and commercial data requirements
- Monitor data feed emails
- Work on various projects (Fund Launches, Fund Changes, Sprint Changes)
- Manage the audits and Compliance submissions
- Work with data providers to problem solve
- Provide quality assurance testing support for key projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) and Mutual Funds product information (text and data) on websites and fact sheets
- Experience with Compliance and financial Regulatory requirements
- Strong, proven product and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Investment management industry, specifically experience with ETFs and Mutual Funds
