Desktop Support Specialist- Providence, RI

Our client, a reputable financial services firm located in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, would like to identify a Desktop Support Specialist to come in on a 6+ month contract to begin immediately. Experience in a polished environment with a focus on customer service and support, including financial services, law firms, etc. desired.

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft OS (Windows 10) Microsoft Office Suites (2016 and O365).
  • Peripheral equipment support (HP printers & Konica Minolta Copiers).
  • HP/Lenovo hardware support.
  • Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (iPhone &iPads).
  • Strong understanding of fundamental Windows technologies, including: Active Directory, group policy, Windows Debugger, Process Monitor, and Windows Performance Toolkit.
