Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-7+ years of law firm experience as a paralegal within the Corporate Law space
- Strong Document Drafting and Research Skills
- Excellent Technical Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage tight deadlines and work calmly and collaboratively in a team environment
