Corporate Controller – Sharon, MA – Manufacturing
Our team is working with a leading Manufacturing company with a focus on machinery manufacturing as well as painting and assembly to hire a Corporate Controller. Ideally the company would like to hire an individual coming from a small manufacturing environment with exposure to SAGE. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all of the general ledger, AP & AR. This individual will be hands-on in Cost Accounting, WIP, & Inventory reporting.
Responsibilities:

Oversee GL reporting as well as AP & AR

Reporting on cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, labor cost allocation, and overhead cost management.

Oversee one direct report handling all of the accounting operations

Assume a hands-on role in the overall management of the company’s financial data and operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

8+ years of experience
-
Manufacturing experience is required

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting principles.

Experience with SAGE is a big plus
