Global Controller
A fast-growing, international business services company is seeking a Controller to join its accounting/finance team. This position will report directly to the VP, Finance, and is responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations and ensuring that reporting is timely and accurate. This is a hybrid in-office position and the firm is looking to pay up to $175K base plus bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements in compliance with regulatory and contractual financial deadlines
- Support all aspects of accounting process including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
- Prepare managerial reporting including operational KPIs
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead the cross-border consolidation of the financial data of group entities
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience
- CPA highly preferred
- Experience managing general ledger accounting and monthly close
- Expert knowledge of Excel and ERP Software
- Highly analytical, and organized with exceptional attention to detail
