Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, HR Focus or related a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation/Benefits or Total Rewards
- Strong technical and analytical skills, Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS Systems
- Payroll Experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
