Compensation and Benefits Analyst (Hybrid, Boston)
A successful medical insurance company is actively seeking a 5-10+ year compensation and benefits analyst to join their team. This person will be reporting to the VP of HR and will be responsible for research, compensation, benefits, compliance, as well as policy and procedure development. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Responsible for compensation analysis and ensuring external and internal equity
- Provide guidance to staff and managers regarding compensation and benefits
- Responsible for overall benefit administration and the implementation and communication of employee benefit programs, including: health insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement plans etc.
- Conducting market research to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date policies and procedures are met within the industry
- Minimum 5+ years of compensation and benefits experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; HR focus preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation etc.
- HRIS, and/or payroll experience required
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule in Boston
