Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related to discipline and/or equivalent experience within a collections role
- 5+ years of experience in collections within a B2B product focused environment
- Experience within the Construction, HVAC, or Technology industry desired
- Experience seeing collections through the full lifecycle from initial invoicing through the final payment
- Strong Technical Skills – experience with a CRM or ERP system
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
