Analyst (Onsite, Boston)
A successful real estate investment firm, located in Boston, is actively looking to bring on an Analyst to their acquisitions team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience, with a strong focus on Argus usage. This is an onsite position that is offering up to 80K base, plus bonus potential. If you’re interested in the Analyst position, please keep reading.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities
- Collect and compile financial analysis and due diligence materials
- Responsible for reviewing property level operational budgets
- Conduct market research on most recent industry trends, as well as maintaining internal database of property sales and lease comparisons
- 1-3+ years of real estate analysis experience (including cash flow modeling, property financial statement review experience and basic accounting understanding)
- Argus experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- Must be willing to work onsite (5X a week)
