Full Cycle Recruiter

We are currently seeking candidates for a Full Cycle Recruiter at a reputable international investment firm in Boston, MA, 02116. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the asset management/financial services industry

This is a temporary role (est. 4 months with a possibility of extension) and will pay up to $55.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

Hybrid work schedule: on-site 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, drive and support all Diversity and Inclusion strategies related to recruitment
  • Ensure positions are posted to appropriate job boards, databases, colleges etc.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Collect feedback and hold debrief meetings after the interviews have concluded
  • Extend employment offers to successful candidates
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing
  • Ensure all background, references and clearances have been completed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Recent experience with ATS, HRIS and HRMS is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
