Position: Human Resources Business Professional

Location: Boston

Flexibility: Remote; will be on site 1-2 days per week starting sometime in
                   Q1 of 2023
Type: Contract

Rate: $40/hr

This position will be involved in requisition processes, compensation recommendations, changes to job titles and grades, year-end compensation reporting, talent reviews, etc. This individual will provide heavy support with reporting and analysis as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for Supervisors and Managers for questions and issue resolution

  •  Participation in committees representing HR ( Talent, Recruiting, etc.) 

  • Ability to offer HR insight and perspective in a meeting setting

  • Talent Reviews & Succession Planning materials, maintenance, reporting, and analysis

  • Support Performance Management programs and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies

  • Consult with Compensation Specialists on salary recommendations as needed

  • Work with managers in reviewing job descriptions and completing job evaluations in partnership with the Compensation Specialist

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • Experience working with HR Systems, Workday REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
