Personal Assistant- Public Relation and Communications- Boston, MA

Our client is seeking candidates for a Personal Assistant position located in Boston, MA 02111. The role is with one of the largest privately-held public relation firms in the nations and this position supports the Chairman of the board. The candidate will have exposure to all of the Chairman’s clients and personal business.

This is a contract to hire positions that will pay $22 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all personal items including but not limited to; getting lunch, picking up dry cleaning, driving to meetings, coordinating with family members, working with outside charities etc.
  • Taking notes, keeping track of personal and business calendar
  • Keep the day organized of personal items that need to be executed
  • Traveling to multiple homes and offices
  • Ability to attend special events in the evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Prior experience will be considered
  • Work hours are 11 AM to 7 PM
  • Strong attention to details and confidentiality is a MUST!
  • Have a driver’s license and an auto insurance policy
  • Need to be professionally presented at all times
