Executive Assistant
A successful investment Management firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in calendar management, Outlook, travel coordination, expense reports and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Meeting coordination including: Outlook meeting requests, conference room booking, security clearance, catering etc.
  • Database maintenance in Salesforce
  • Expense Reimbursement
  • Travel coordination including; itinerary, transportation, hotel
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials
  • Presentation preparation and distributing emails

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-4 years of experience working within an administrative position
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong service orientation reliable, consistent, proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, excel and Word
  • Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
