Client Service Associate

A leading boutique wealth management firm with $2.8 billion in AUM, located in Waltham, MA, is seeking a talented individual to join their quickly growing Client Service team.   • Onboard new clients by opening new accounts and coordinating with third parties the transfer of assets
    to custodian bank. Assist in preparation of account opening documentation and account profiles, obtain
    required approvals, and gather legal documents and tax information
  • Assisting the wealth management team with internal compliance and external requirements necessary for new accounts and assets
  • Preparing and updating financial schedules and analyses, client presentations, and client meeting agendas
  • Drafting and processing correspondence to clients and communicating with clients by telephone and email
  • Prepare and process quarterly reports to be sent to clients
  • Manage all administrative and operational functions of the office


  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • 4-6 years of related client service experience working in a multi-family office, investment advisory, or institutional investment environment
  • Client service experience with ultra-high net worth clients, their advisors, and accountants 
  • Strong mathematical aptitude; superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands.
