Administrative Assistant – Private Equity – Boston, MA
We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position located in Boston, MA. The position is with an industry-leading Private Equity firm. We are seeking a polished and detailed oriented professional with 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant.
This opportunity is a contract-to-hire position that will pay $25/hour within a 40-hour work week.
- Assist with preparing reports and market data information
- Proactively manage complex calendars
- Greet investments clients with professionalism
- Assist with event planning and corporate functions
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations team
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Coordinate international travel
- Coordinate meeting schedules
- Manage daily mail, filing, and expense reports
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- 1-3+ years of an administrative assistant or customer service experience
- Outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
