Administrative Assistant – Private Equity – Boston, MA

We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position located in Boston, MA. The position is with an industry-leading Private Equity firm. We are seeking a polished and detailed oriented professional with 1+ years’ experience working as an administrative assistant.

This opportunity is a contract-to-hire position that will pay $25/hour within a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing reports and market data information
  • Proactively manage complex calendars
  • Greet investments clients with professionalism
  • Assist with event planning and corporate functions
  • Coordinate with the Investor Relations team
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Coordinate international travel
  • Coordinate meeting schedules
  • Manage daily mail, filing, and expense reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • 1-3 years of an administrative assistant or customer service experience
  • Outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills
