Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a thriving organization in Burlington, MA. This role will contribute to go-to-market (GTM) and solutions marketing initiatives, developing and refining marketing strategies and content to support sales and revenue growth across various markets. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B marketing.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, paying $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work-model (on-site 3 days and remote 2 days/week).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing initiatives related to designated business areas.

  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support sales goals and drive business growth.

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create content for various marketing channels and tracking tools, ensuring alignment with industry events, webinars, seminars, and both online and offline advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts.

  • Engage with customer-facing sales teams to gather insights on market trends and customer needs, continuously refining marketing materials to enhance audience engagement.

  • Develop customized value propositions and supporting content tailored to specific market segments, including sales tools, articles, blog posts, presentations, training materials, infographics, case studies, and website content.

  • Manage the marketing development process, from drafting creative briefs and outlining strategic approaches to coordinating with internal and external teams and overseeing production timelines.

  • Conduct customer interviews to gain deeper insights into the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement within target markets.

  • Provide support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (required).

  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience, specifically in B2B organizations.

  • Prior experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to utilize a variety of marketing tools to develop, update, and manage digital and print marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
