Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a thriving organization in Burlington, MA. This role will contribute to go-to-market (GTM) and solutions marketing initiatives, developing and refining marketing strategies and content to support sales and revenue growth across various markets. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B marketing.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity, paying $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work-model (on-site 3 days and remote 2 days/week).
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal marketing teams and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing initiatives related to designated business areas.

Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support sales goals and drive business growth.

Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create content for various marketing channels and tracking tools, ensuring alignment with industry events, webinars, seminars, and both online and offline advertising campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts.

Engage with customer-facing sales teams to gather insights on market trends and customer needs, continuously refining marketing materials to enhance audience engagement.

Develop customized value propositions and supporting content tailored to specific market segments, including sales tools, articles, blog posts, presentations, training materials, infographics, case studies, and website content.

Manage the marketing development process, from drafting creative briefs and outlining strategic approaches to coordinating with internal and external teams and overseeing production timelines.

Conduct customer interviews to gain deeper insights into the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement within target markets.

Provide support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (required).

5–8+ years of marketing experience, specifically in B2B organizations.

Prior experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

Proven ability to utilize a variety of marketing tools to develop, update, and manage digital and print marketing materials.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
