Real Estate Analyst (Acquisitions)
A prominent real estate investment firm located in Boston is seeking an Analyst to join the firm’s Acquisitions team. This role will be responsible for performing underwriting, due diligence, and analyzing and evaluating new acquisitions. This is a hybrid opportunity and the firm is willing to pay up to $82k plus bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities to include cash flow modeling, property valuations, investment analyses, and joint venture structuring

Prepare materials for review by the investment committee

Review all due diligence materials (leases, operating statements, title, survey, etc.) and present findings to leadership

Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision making related to investment (leasing, capital projects, financing, etc.)

Perform sell-hold analysis and rate of return and conduct waterfall analysis
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business

1-2+ years of real estate analysis – cash flow modeling, property-level financial statements and basic accounting

required.

Strong Argus Experience required.

Strong analytical and computer skills; advanced aptitude in Excel is required.

Strong research, interpretation, and quantitative skills.
