Temporary Contracts Attorney
We are currently seeking candidates for a Temporary Contracts Attorney at a telecommunications co. in Woburn, MA, 01801.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of contracts experience (negotiating, review, editing, draft).
This is a temporary role (est. 4 months) and will pay $40.00 per hour (based on within a 40-hour work week.
2-3 days on-site per week.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, evaluate and negotiate various client and contracts and agreements
- Prepare new license agreements and amendments
- Provide contract administration support
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to satisfactorily resolve issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- JD is required
- Minimum of 1+ years of contracts experience (negotiating, review, edit, draft).
- Experience negotiating contracts or deals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
