Title: Client Engagement Manager (Marketing)

The Client Engagement Manager is going to be emersed into the business practices of this professional services company. The ideal professional will have a strong marketing background with strong experience with developing and customizing marketing collateral. This role demands a resourceful individual with a strong grasp of various marketing disciplines, a talent for bringing structure to diverse elements, and a commitment to exceptional client service. This professional will work closely with the partners of the firm as they bring in new business, expand on existing business and attend networking and professional’s events.
This professional will enhance the client journey and making sure that the clients are receiving top service from the firm and have strong understanding of the level of services that are provided. Their will be an event planning component to this opportunity where they will coordinate events for existing and new clients creating an amazing professional experience. This professional will work with the digital marketing team on updating digital marketing collateral. This professional will need to have strong marketing analytics in their background to assist the company with branding and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Client Outcomes: Analyze, manage, and improve client experiences by leveraging diverse data sources. Maintain and enhance the client relationship management system (CRM) to handle client profiles, generate mailing lists, track marketing efforts, create reports, and more.
- CRM Oversight: Oversee daily operations, establish processes and best practices to ensure the CRM’s functionality and data accuracy. Act as the go-to resource for resolving technical issues and developing CRM solutions. Provide training to staff on CRM usage.
- Client Interaction Strategies**: Design and implement approaches to enrich client engagement, including onboarding, coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing materials and presentations, tracking follow-up actions, and managing client gifting programs.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute client events, seminars, and receptions, managing all aspects such as theme, logistics, communications, budgeting, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Client Feedback Implementation: Develop and manage a client feedback program. Use collected data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements in the client experience.
- Industry Research and Collaboration: Monitor industry events, conferences, and potential partnerships. Conduct client research, keep up with market trends, and evaluate emerging technologies and client-centric topics.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- Event Coordination: Proven experience in planning and managing events.
- Data Expertise: Proficiency with CRM systems, client data processes, and manipulating multiple files for improved targeting and cross-referencing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, including creating and modifying tables, utilizing formulas (e.g., IF, VLOOKUP), and working with pivot tables and non-numeric data.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Client Feedback: Familiarity with client feedback tools, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of professional services, law firms, family offices, and investment sectors is preferred.
- Initiative and Leadership: A proactive approach to establishing best practices and improving processes.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and Independence: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
