Microsoft Platform Engineer-Boston/Hybrid

Our Boston-based investment management client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer for a full-time hybrid role (3 days in-office).
Responsibilities:
- Support and contribute to Azure/O365 strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Manage Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture.
- Expertise in identity management (Azure AD Connect, third-party providers).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and M365 security features.
- Implement infrastructure automation (e.g., infrastructure as code).
- Ensure system performance, security, and high availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years IT experience, including 2+ years with Azure/O365.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar.
- Experience with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of global networking and zero-trust security.
- Self-motivated, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
