Audit Manager – Boston – Salary up to $150k DOE
We are looking for an Audit Manager to lead all audit and accounting functions in a highly regarded firm.
If you are looking for the next step in your career and have extensive experience with technical debt/equity structures, complex revenue recognition, business combinations, and consolidations, and working closely with portfolio company finance teams and their stakeholders, then we want to connect with you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients
- Work with various service lines (tax, advisory, other assurance practices, etc.) to create and implement new strategies
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the PE and VC investment life cycle, including public and private exits
- Partner with senior management in acquiring new clients, participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Travel with audit teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred
- 5-10 years in public accounting
- CPA certification required
