About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Payroll Coordinator located in the Greater Andover Area. The position is with a very successful medical technology company. All candidates considered 5+ years of prior experience with multi-state payroll and Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business related field.

Responsibilities:
•    Processing in payroll for all exempt and non-exempt employees 
•    System updates in both Workday and ADP PayForce 
•    Review bi-weekly or monthly payroll 
•    Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual reports 
•    Perform all payroll functions in absence of the Payroll Supervisor 
•    Additional ad hoc duties as needed 

Qualifications
•    5+ years of related multi-state payroll experience utilizing ADP payroll applications 
•    Prior experience with implementation, including testing phase 
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
•    Ability to work independently, or with little supervision 
•    Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business related field, or equivalent payroll department experience 

This is a 6+ month contract engagement that will pay $20.00-$23.00 an hour within a 40 hour work week and has the potential to convert into a full-time position. If you are interested in hearing more about the position please send your resume to lstokes@daleyaa.com immediately
