About the Company: We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position located in Greater Boston Area. The position is with an elite Investment Management company and we are seeking a polished professional with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate would be 1+ years’ experience working as a corporate receptionist or administrative assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with professionalism
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Coordinate scheduling
  • Manage calendar and e-mail inbox

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
  • 1-3 years of administrative assistant or Receptionist experience
  • Outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and reliable
