About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a French Customer Service Representative located in the Greater Boston Area. The position is with a very successful manufacturer and distributor of footwear for men and women. All candidates considered 1+ years of prior experience administrative, retail, customer service or call center experience. Must speak French (not Haitian Creole).

•    Primary support for calls and emails 
•    End to end resolution on account questions and issues 
•    Working across internal departments in responding to accounts questions and issues (as needed) 
•    Handle high volume of calls and emails that range from simple to complex 
•    Handle order entry situations, including hard orders, bulks and returns 
•    As needed, support team with additional projects 

•    Bilingual in French (not Haitian Creole) (Required) 
•    1+ year of relevant equivalent work experience (Highly preferred) 
•    Ability to support high call and email volume 
•    Ability to multi-task several time sensitive responsibilities at once 
•    Ability to organize and prioritize 
•    Ability to keep track of, and follow through on, multiple situations or issues 
•    Ability to be flexible, learn quickly and adapt to change 
•    Strong written and verbal skills 
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Strong computer skills
