About the Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Data Entry located in the Greater Lewiston area. The position is with a very successful insurance company. All candidates considered must have related experience and strong Microsoft office skills.

Responsibilities
•    Gather, organize, and validate and/or enter data 
•    Respond to routine correspondence, inquiries and information requests 
•    Resolve routine problems or escalate as necessary 
•    Additional ad hoc duties as needed 

Qualifications
•    High School diploma or higher 
•    3+ years of related data entry or customer service experience 
•    Ability to communicate well and share detailed information 
•    Ability to deliver quality customer service using standard practices 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Ability to utilize multiple departmental system applications to obtain information
