About the Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Foundation Program Support in the Greater Seattle area. The position is with a very successful insurance company. All candidates considered must have strong Microsoft Office, problem solving, and research abilities.

•    Answer employee questions via email and telephone 
•    Relay information to a diverse group of charitable organizations and employees 
•    Prepare employee teams for their service days 
•    Support the employee charity nomination program- working with employees and charity contacts 
•    Target areas that require assistance 
•    Communicate with charities that need to further develop their registered service projects for approval 
•    Review and update customer records on computerized database 
•    Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties 
•    Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication 
•    Additional ad hoc duties as needed 

•    College level education or equivalent, relevant experience 
•    Superior oral communication skills on the telephone 
•    Working knowledge of specified computer based applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce (helpful, not required)
•    Strong Customer Service skills 
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize task 

This is a 3+ month contract engagement that will pay $25.00-$28.00 an hour within a 40 hour work week and has the potential to convert into a full-time position. If you are interested in hearing more about the position please send your resume to immediately.
